We will ask some questions and discuss options which are appropriate to help with your current circumstances. We may organise one of the local paramedic visiting team to see you in your home, or, we may ask you to come down to the surgery if you don’t have COVID 19 symptoms. If you are asked to come to our surgery please ring the bell and wait for one of the reception team to answer, they will give you instructions about what to do next; please ensure you are wearing a face covering before entering our building and most importantly don’t be alarmed, we will organise for you to go directly to our designated consulting room and will ask that you wait in there.
For latest Government guidelines on managing COVID19 please go to the GOV.UK website https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
Wherever possible our recommendation is that you stay home and call the surgery for further advice.
