Getting your test results

We encourage all our patients to use the NHS App to access their test results.

They will be visible on the App approximately 1 week following a blood test (some tests take longer) and 2 weeks after a scan or x ray.

If you are unable to use the NHS App then please ring 020 8748 7398 between 12pm and 1pm and press Option 4, your call will be directed to a member of our nursing team who can share your results, but may not be able to explain it fully. If you want to discuss your results with a GP, fill out an online request via Rapid Health by clicking ‘Questions and admin’ and then ‘Test result’. You will then be emailed an appointment booking link.

Please note it is your responsibility to ask for the results after your doctor has arranged a test – never assume a result is normal.
