Tests & Results

If you have had a blood or urine test the result will be available in five working days. Your results will show on the NHS app once available. If you ring our practice telephone number 020 8748 7398  between 12pm and 1pm and press Option 4 your call will be directed to a member of our nursing team who will be able to help you. If necessary the nurse or doctor will ask you to come in to talk about more complex results. Please note it is your responsibility to ask for the results after your doctor has arranged a test. Always check – never assume a result is normal.

Please note only clinically trained team members can give test results and we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
